I have a whirl pool water softener which is not working. I would like someone that could get the system running and even do a maintenance contract depending upon what is available. The system is bypassed, by a plumber, but is in need of being re-zoomed in the system. Do you do repairs on whirlpool water softeners? Can you get this system running? Can you possibly maintain this system? I am a landlord and I have tenants at the location. I await your response. Thank you

When Jay called to confirm our appointment and he said between 9-11 I almost panicked...lol I had a business appointment in Farmington Hills at 10:30. He said he would do the best he could and he actually showed up about 10 minutes before 9. I was completely impressed by the fact I mentioned a small part on my existing system and he knew exactly which system I was referring to without even looking at it. That made me feel like he actually knew his business and I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about when he made recommendation for me. I have to completely replace my system and he gave me two quotes and explained why both are very good options and explained the difference (he was even trying to help me save money). Overall, as a single woman homeowner I did not feel that he was trying to pull one over on me or talk down to me, he was very professional.

Great service and installation!! The technician was on time, neat, and friendly. He also was very knowledgeable on all the products and answered any questions we had. He also explained all the installation and showed us where everything was. Very thorough! We got a water softener, RO system, and RO pump. The RO pump makes a HUGE difference in speed of dispensing!! I strongly suggest adding it! We now have the BEST tasting water in the neighborhood! Thanks Advanced Water!!
