We have a water softener in our house but have started noticing signs of hard water in the shower and on dishes. We'd like to get our water checked to see if our softener is working effectively.

I had AWT out last year to swap out or water softening system. Mark and Jay did an awesome job and we still love it! However, the main holding tank (not a part of the syatem AWT worked on before) is now starting to drip (you can hear a single drip every 10 seconds or so). Is this something you could help us repair or get swapped out if necessary?

Advance Water Treatment provided excellent maintenance and repair on my water softener for over 20 years. When it was time to look at a replacement they provided prompt appointment and reasonable proposal. Installation was a breeze and included meeting my request to install an indoor faucet for unsoftened water for watering my plants in the winter. Everything works great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using them.

This is a good company with prompt and efficient customer service and good knowledge of the products they service and install. There was a problem with a broken valve in my existing plumbing that only revealed itself after the softener installation, leaving me without hot water. Brad came out THAT NIGHT and swapped out the valve to restore service. It is a pleasure to do business with a quality local company like Advanced.

When Jay called to confirm our appointment and he said between 9-11 I almost panicked...lol I had a business appointment in Farmington Hills at 10:30. He said he would do the best he could and he actually showed up about 10 minutes before 9. I was completely impressed by the fact I mentioned a small part on my existing system and he knew exactly which system I was referring to without even looking at it. That made me feel like he actually knew his business and I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about when he made recommendation for me. I have to completely replace my system and he gave me two quotes and explained why both are very good options and explained the difference (he was even trying to help me save money). Overall, as a single woman homeowner I did not feel that he was trying to pull one over on me or talk down to me, he was very professional.
