Advanced Water Treatment bottles and guarantees the freshest water in Livingston county. How can we do that? We are the only bottling company in Livingston County licensed by the state of Michigan. We are licensed by Livingston County Environmental Health, EGLE, and the Michigan Department of Agriculture.
Most water delivery companies purchase their water from bottling facilities (sometimes out of state). Once delivered, the water sits inside a plastic bottle in their warehouse waiting for distribution — sometimes for weeks at a time. After delivery, it may be in the customer's location for weeks before consumption. All the while, the water is enduring temperature changes inside a plastic bottle. Long-term storage and temperature fluctuations can drastically affect taste and water quality.
Our water quality is monitored daily for TDS and Ph. We take bacteria samples weekly, which are tested at a 3rd party laboratory. We also follow strict protocols for the bottling industry's water quality standards, ensuring we match the same water quality standards as all national bottling companies.
At Advanced Water Treatment, our water quality process and bottling are done daily. Each bottle is delivered with a unique date code so we can track it back to the exact time it was filled. We also track every bottle with a unique barcode, and we know the service life and location of every bottle that we have in circulation. This ensures that only the best quality is delivered.
Our bottles are sanitized prior to filling using over 200ppm chlorinated water and then rinsed with purified water to make sure all residual chlorine is removed. The bottles are immediately capped with a sterilized enclosure to make sure the water maintains its freshness.
To reduce the TDS and make sure that the water is the best quality possible for our treatment we have the following treatment process.
Bulk R/O water may be used by industries such as the following.
