When Jay called to confirm our appointment and he said between 9-11 I almost panicked...lol I had a business appointment in Farmington Hills at 10:30. He said he would do the best he could and he actually showed up about 10 minutes before 9. I was completely impressed by the fact I mentioned a small part on my existing system and he knew exactly which system I was referring to without even looking at it. That made me feel like he actually knew his business and I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about when he made recommendation for me. I have to completely replace my system and he gave me two quotes and explained why both are very good options and explained the difference (he was even trying to help me save money). Overall, as a single woman homeowner I did not feel that he was trying to pull one over on me or talk down to me, he was very professional.

Jay was prompt and very kind and helpful. He told us everything we needed to know and wasn't pushy or in a hurry. We are very happy with his service and look forward to working more with Advanced.

The sales person, Jay, was very professional and understood exactly what I needed after asking me a few essential questions. The installer Matt was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable.
